This was just a top selection for a brief weekend stay in Kilkenny with great value for money. The hotel looked nice from the outside but the comfort of the bed was a big letdown. Bring earplugs for a better sleep experience.

Voya bathroom products, strong shower, secure parking
So many areas need attention!!! The heating system clattered constantly, making sleep impossible. Dark decor felt oppressive, and better lighting could brighten the rooms significantly!!! An upgrade in bedding quality is a must!!!

Couples looking for a cozy experience
The staff were incredibly welcoming and even offered us tips on where to go which made navigating so much easier. The toiletries in the room were high quality, so little touches like that really stood out.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but for what we got, it was fair enough.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
I stayed for 1 night with my wife, and we were impressed by how close it was to the town but still quiet enough for a good rest. The breakfast totally blew us away, homemade scones were a real treat! The staff even helped us find a great spot for dinner, and turned out to be super friendly all the way.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for the experience we had, it felt reasonable.

would love to stay here again
Great for a quick stay. The twin room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a comfy seating area. There were Voya bathroom products in the clean private bathroom and fresh towels. Breakfast had a buffet with plenty of options. Secure parking was a plus, and checked out locations close by like Kilkenny Castle.

The room had a nice setup with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle available for tea and coffee. Voya bathroom products added a touch of luxury. The shower pressure was strong, making for a refreshing experience. the temperature in the room was unexpectedly warm when we arrived, and it felt a bit dark due to the decor. Despite the heating issues, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. ample options were available, though some dishes lacked the freshness we hoped for. The secure parking offered peace of mind, especially since it was just a short stroll to nearby attractions like Kilkenny Castle. a mixed bag, especially with the warmth and decor issues.
